Architect Olga Samoshkina designed a country house where every detail has been meticulously considered. The uniqueness of the project lies in the blend of modern architectural solutions with traditional elements, making it truly exceptional. The finishing materials and decorative elements reflect the atmosphere of the region, filling the space with warmth and comfort.
Special attention was given to the design of the pool: several colors and collections of 20mm outdoor porcelain tiles from the X2 series were used, including Genesis X2 Jupiter Silver, Contempora X2 Carbon, Room X2 Stone Black, and Materia X2 Titanio. These were complemented by porcelain tiles from the standard 10mm range — Genesis Jupiter Silver, Contempora Carbon, Room Stone Black, and Materia Titanio in a 60x60 cm format.
The spacious multi-level plot features a cozy gazebo, a swing, a garage, and relaxation areas, all of which enhance the overall appearance of the house. The pool area seamlessly transitions into a patio with an outdoor kitchen, creating a perfect spot for family evenings and friendly gatherings. A 100-year-old Italian olive tree adds a touch of Mediterranean style to the space.
This project is a perfect example of how a country house can unite comfort, aesthetics, and a connection to nature.
