Designer Evgeniya Aborina faced the task of creating a modern rental space where tourists visiting the cultural capital could feel comfortable. "The aesthetic solution is not confined to strict stylistic boundaries. Most of this interior is, of course, modern, which makes sense: a new building without historical ties or the need for a historical interior. At the same time, incorporating classical elements (such as stucco) was important to remind us that we are in Saint Petersburg. Finishing materials were selected based on durability, ease of installation, and adherence to the project budget," explains the project author. In the hallway, to visually zone the "dirty area," black porcelain stoneware with marble graphics Charme Deluxe Sahara Noir 60x120 with a patinated finish was used. The same material, but in a larger format (80x160) and a glossy luxury finish, was used to decorate the TV zone. The bathroom space turned out bright and airy thanks to white marble-effect porcelain stoneware Charme Deluxe Invisible White 80x160 luxury and glass partitions. To add mood, color accents were introduced, diversifying the monochrome interior.
